It has come to our attention that Santa Barbara Stables in Santa Barbara, California, Rebecca Atwater and brother Toby Atwater have us listed on their sales page with our gelding Chaparral's Hawkeye. We have ask that they remove our pony from their list as they are not our agent and do not have our permission to advertise our pony in any way. They also do not have the permission of the gentleman in the picture to use his picture and he has asked them to remove his picture as well. We both have contacted the D.A. to further handle this misrepresentation by Rebecca and Toby Atwater. As to why our pony is listed without our permission is without a doubt completely unprofessional in our opinion. Chaparral Stud Farm holds itself to the utmost of highest standards. Our clientele and network of business affiliates are very important to us. We strive in only dealing with honest business people and do not affiliate ourselves with dishonest individuals or farms in any way, shape or form.
